About Us

From our office in Falls Church, Virginia, we serve clients from many parts of the U.S. and abroad in filing employment and family-based immigrant petitions, applying for citizenship, and obtaining nonimmigrant visas for professionals, individuals, and religious workers. We also represent individuals in filing for Immigrant and Nonimmigrant Waivers, TPS, DACA, and NACARA, and in securing diverse forms of relief from deportation proceedings based on an overstay or as a consequence of a criminal conviction.

As a first-generation immigrant from Bolivia, I have lived the immigrant experience and, throughout these years, have had the privilege of helping people from many different cultures and backgrounds achieve their immigration dreams. I obtained my B.A. from The George Washington University in Washington, DC, and my law degree from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia. My professional career began in the U.S. Marine Corps, where I served with distinction in active duty before attending law school.
