Como inmigrante de primera generación de Bolivia, he vivido la experiencia migratoria de primera mano y, a lo largo de los años, he tenido el privilegio de ayudar a personas de diferentes culturas y orígenes a alcanzar sus sueños de inmigración. Obtuve mi licenciatura en la Universidad George Washington en Washington, DC, y mi título de abogado en la Universidad Regent en Virginia Beach, Virginia. Mi carrera profesional comenzó en el Cuerpo de Marines de los EE. UU., donde serví con distinción en servicio activo antes de asistir a la facultad de derecho.

I know Federico Serrano for 18 years and he has been my Family attorney during different times and situation . Just to describe him in one sentence, He is Amazing person and I STRONGLY recommend him for any type of immigration services. I have heard friends talking about their attorneys before filing their applications, and to be honest with you many of them just care about money and they have no idea of what they are talking about. However, Federico is absolutely different. He will analyze your case in the first session and will truthfully tell you what your chances are and whether your case is go or no go. If there is a minimal chance of success, he will make it happen. His subject matter expertise and experience were beyond my expectations. Attorney Serrano is very professional and reviews in detail all the possibilities to make the case a success. The most important thing is that he listens to his clients and is willing to fight alongside them for their cases.
